Improve communication skills
You know that you already communicate well, otherwise you wouldn’t have gotten the job in the first place. But at some point, you encounter that one person where it becomes clear: your communication skills need to be expanded and improved.
Plan and implement productive meetings
Meeting people in person at a designated time and place to move things forward is good. Have you ever been in a meeting that could have been an email? The time you take to prepare meetings and participants optimally pays off.

We all have strategies to either use or waste our time. Each of us has 24 hours available every day. In coaching, you will identify your time wasters and organize yourself so that time works FOR YOU.

Coaching for your first 100 days as an executive
If possible, begin your coaching 3-5 weeks before you assume the role as an executive for the first time or take on a new position as an experienced leader. In our collaboration, you can unload any burdens and plan and implement a good start. Especially in the beginning of something new, many things happen simultaneously… During our meetings, you will reflect on your workweek (or another time period) and immediately create more and new options for your future.
Coaching when appointed as an executive from within the team
Common topics: Low acceptance of the new role by individual team members, sabotage of team success, unclear or hidden loyalties. The most common solution-oriented method in coaching: systemic constellation work in an individual setting.
Life balance (not work-life balance)
Personally, I believe the term work-life balance implies that one must balance life and work. Even if your company offers coaching for you and you have specific concerns: it is much more about YOU being in good balance as a whole. This way, you stay healthy, productive, and willing, leading a good life in which work also plays an important role.
Creating solutions for immediate issues in a Single Session
It’s a simple concept: we will have a single session focused on a topic of your choice. Single-session coaching is not intended to resolve significant behavioral patterns (although I have experienced this with some clients, so I won’t exclude it). Single-session coaching focuses on what can bring immediate change.
Reflecting on and expanding your leadership style
The more charismatic leaders I have had the privilege to meet as a coach over the past 20 years naturally utilize coaching, self-reflection, and the resulting personal development.
