By successfully registering for short-term coaching or accompanying coaching, the participant recognises the following:
Participation in coaching is not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic treatment and is subject to normal mental and physical condition. The participant acts on his/her own responsibility.
Terms of payment:
The fee is due after each session, or paid full in advance.
For coaching sessions outside the Vienna office, individual agreements can be made regarding the location and any expenses incurred.
Special offers for people from the non-profit sector and people on low incomes (parental leave, professional reorientation, in training, students).
Withdrawal:
Coaching appointments can be postponed or cancelled by RealityCoaching with or without giving reasons. In such cases, an alternative date will of course be offered or the prepaid coaching fee will be refunded. However, there is no entitlement to reimbursement of any cancellation costs for travel and accommodation, loss of earnings or similar. Travel, accommodation and catering costs are to be borne by the client.
I reserve the right to terminate the co-operation with clients if it turns out that the coaching issue should be dealt with using methods other than coaching. In this case, there is no entitlement to reimbursement of the coaching fee for coaching sessions already provided or other costs.
The disclosure of all data provided by you is completely excluded.
