the good solution may lie in changing certain daily actions. Sometimes it is about learning new skills. Or it is more efficient to start with what you believe or think you know about yourself. Sometimes it is also about shedding light on your own identity and remembering once again the path you have already taken and the experiences you have had along the way. What of it can be useful here and now?
In coaching we use three full hours at a time,

Then when my clients come for the follow-up of the breakthrough session,
most no longer remember that their “low self-worth, weak self-confidence, little self-awareness” led them to me. Instead, they have experienced exciting, sometimes adventurous things, laughed often and a lot and learned about themselves and others in the process. They tell of renewed friendships, chance encounters with a loving person, the end of self-doubt, reconciliation with someone important, passing exams. Of the newly ordered circumstances, of more security, of inner peace.
