In coaching, you will achieve one or more of the following goals:
- On the one hand, you will identify and prioritize your stressors, find possibilities for change, and, on the other hand, plan and enjoy your recovery phases.
- You will explore whether your “overall stress” is derived from past or present situations, or if you stress yourself with short-term, medium-term, or long-term future perspectives. Then, you will use new and proven mental methods to overcome the past, enjoy the present, and create the future.
- You will learn relaxation rituals that bring a lot of recovery in a short time and integrate them into your daily life.
- You will explore your natural sequences of daily performance lows and high-performance phases and utilize them for efficient work and effective regeneration.
Single-session coaching means meeting once, finding the best lever for you with focus, mentally testing it, and planning implementation. Applying it in the real world. Done.
No follow-up appointment is scheduled.
You can book a single-session coaching at a later date if needed.
We approach the meetings as relaxed as you are able to. We make the most of the time we have. Morning appointments are available faster than afternoon and evening appointments.
